Role & Responsibility

  • Prospect through personal networking and relationship building
  • Qualify and prioritize prospects to generate sales opportunities
  • Close requisite business to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Ability to travel for this regional position (up to 40%)

Requirements

  • Demonstrable ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Experienced closing transactions worth hundreds of thousands of dollars
  • Self starter with new business development success
  • Demonstrated track record of getting in front of customers
  • Must have experience selling to the Fortune 1000
  • Minimum 5 years experience selling complex business process and workflow software solutions (Preference will be given to ECM or Customer Communications
  • Management experience with HP Extreme Software, Thunderhead, EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet, EMC Document Science, or Open Text)
  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and company tean
  • Superior proposal preparation skills
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Completion of professional sales training courses, such as, Miller Heiman or equivalent is desired
  • Experience with CRM is required (experience with Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Location: Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Detroit, or Indianapolis
